Poddy does not sell physical products. The service is a Premium membership subscription including an ad-free experience and the Mike feature (personalized podcast creation from news sources). There is no shipping or physical delivery.
As soon as payment is confirmed, Premium membership is automatically activated. "Delivery" is deemed to have taken place at the moment Premium features are activated.
Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services performed immediately. The BUYER waives the right of withdrawal by approving the immediate activation of Premium membership and the Mike feature at the time of purchase.
If the service has not yet commenced (Premium membership not yet activated), the BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal request is submitted to gdpr@poddy.co and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days.
When the subscription expires or is cancelled, personalized podcast content created with the Mike feature remains stored in your account; however, the new personalized podcast creation feature is disabled. If the account is fully closed, content is processed in accordance with our data retention policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via in-app settings or through gdpr@poddy.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the ad-free experience and Mike feature remain available until then.
For users whose accounts are suspended due to serious violation of the Terms of Use or Community Rules, whether a refund will be issued for the remaining period will be assessed based on the nature of the violation.
