Poddy aims to be a safe community where everyone can comfortably listen to podcasts, create content, and discover each other. These rules apply to podcaps you publish, content you create with the Mike feature, profile information, and all behavior on the Platform. By using Poddy, you agree to these rules.

1. Harassment and Bullying

Harassment, threats, persistent annoyance, humiliation, or bullying targeting others is prohibited, including attacks in shared content and interference with others' private lives.

2. Hate Speech

Content that incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or serious illness is prohibited.

3. Violence, Threats, and Dangerous Activities

• Threats of violence or calls to violence against a person or group.
• Content glorifying/promoting terrorist organizations or violent criminal organizations.
• Encouraging dangerous actions that could cause serious physical harm.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information (Doxxing)

Sharing or threatening to share another person's identity, address, phone, location, or private information without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Sexual Content and Obscenity

Pornographic or obscene content, non-consensual sexual suggestions, and using the Platform for sexual harassment are prohibited.

6. Child Safety

Any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or targets children is strictly prohibited and will immediately result in a permanent ban. The Platform is not designed for users under 18. Authorities will be notified where required.

7. Suicide, Self-Harm, and Harmful Behaviors

Content promoting, glorifying, or directing suicide, self-harm, or harmful behaviors is prohibited. If you are going through a difficult time, please contact local emergency helplines.

8. Mike Feature and News Source Rules

Personalized podcast content created with the Mike feature should be used for personal informational purposes. This content must not be:

• Shared in intentionally misleading contexts.
• Used to spread disinformation or hate propaganda.
• Redistributed for commercial purposes without Poddy's written permission.
• Used in a way that infringes the copyright of news sources.

9. Spam, Fraud, and Misleading Behavior

• Spam, unsolicited mass messages, and advertising bombardment.
• Fraud and phishing links.
• Generating fake interactions or artificial likes.
• Impersonating others to mislead users.

10. Illegal Content

The sale/promotion of illegal goods, copyright-infringing content, distribution of malware, and any activity contrary to applicable law is prohibited.

11. Platform Abuse

Manipulating the system, exploiting security vulnerabilities, disrupting the service, or opening new accounts to circumvent sanctions is prohibited.
