Poddy (poddy.co) • Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 5

This form has been prepared to inform the BUYER before the contract is concluded. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the following information before completing the purchase.

2. Basic Features of the Service

The purchased service is a Premium membership subscription to the Poddy social podcasting platform. Premium membership offers two core features:

• Ad-Free Experience: Uninterrupted listening without ads across all podcast and content consumption.
• Mike Feature: A service that automatically creates and delivers a personalized podcast compiled from the user's selected news sources. News sources are chosen by the user; content is refreshed daily or at the selected interval.

The full scope of the selected plan is specified on the purchase screen. The service does not include a physical product.

3. Price, Taxes, and Payment

The VAT-inclusive total price is shown on the purchase screen and in the order summary. Payment is collected securely (SSL) via credit/debit card through Iyzico.

3.1. Subscription Period and Renewal

Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on the plan. The renewal period and amount are communicated at purchase; the BUYER may cancel at any time.

4. Method and Time of Performance

Immediately after payment approval, Premium membership is activated and access to the ad-free experience and Mike feature is provided at once. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists for digital services performed immediately (Regulation Art. 15/(ğ)). The BUYER acknowledges that by approving immediate activation of the Premium membership and Mike feature, they waive the right of withdrawal. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies where performance has not yet commenced.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

You may submit requests and complaints to gdpr@poddy.co. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within applicable monetary limits.

7. Confirmation

The BUYER electronically declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Pre-information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, that the order creates a payment obligation, and that by approving the immediate performance of Premium membership (ad-free experience + Mike feature), they waive the right of withdrawal.
