This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the Poddy Premium membership service (ad-free experience + Mike feature) purchased electronically by the BUYER. The BUYER declares that they have read and approved the Pre-information Form and accept all provisions of this agreement.
Premium membership provides an ad-free podcast listening experience and automatic personalized podcast creation from selected news sources (Mike feature). The name, VAT-inclusive total price, and payment/renewal terms of the selected plan are clearly shown to the BUYER at the time of purchase.
Payment is collected securely (SSL) via credit/debit card through Iyzico. Card information is not stored by the SELLER. For recurring plans, the renewal period and amount are communicated at the time of purchase; the BUYER may cancel at any time.
Following successful payment, Premium membership is activated immediately and access to the ad-free experience and Mike feature is provided electronically at once. There is no physical delivery.
Pursuant to Regulation Art. 15/(ğ), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services performed immediately. The BUYER waives the right of withdrawal by approving immediate activation at the time of purchase. A 14-day right of withdrawal applies if the service has not yet commenced (see Delivery, Return & Cancellation).
SELLER's obligations: To provide the ad-free experience and Mike feature in accordance with the agreement; to provide complete pre-information; to issue an invoice; to process personal data in accordance with applicable law.
BUYER's obligations: To provide accurate information; to comply with Terms of Use and Community Rules; to respect the copyright of news sources selected within the Mike feature; not to share the Premium account.
In force majeure circumstances beyond the parties' control (natural disaster, cyber attack, infrastructure outage, etc.), the relevant party cannot be held responsible. If force majeure exceeds 30 days, the parties may terminate the agreement; the fee for the unperformed period will be refunded.
The invoice for the Premium membership will be sent electronically to the BUYER's email address.
