This Notice has been prepared to fulfill the disclosure obligation under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). It explains to users of Poddy ("Platform") for what purpose, on what legal basis, and to whom their personal data is transferred and processed, as well as their rights under KVKK.

Card information is not retained by us; it is processed only by the payment service provider (Iyzico) in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Providing and managing the Poddy application and Premium membership service.
- Operating the Mike feature: creating and delivering personalized podcasts based on news sources selected by the user.
- Providing an ad-free experience.
- Managing membership/subscription processes and payment transactions.
- Ensuring information security; detecting and preventing misuse and rule violations.
- Responding to support requests and communicating with users.
- Improving the service and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (KVKK Art. 5)
- Conclusion/performance of contract — data necessary for Premium membership service.
- Legal obligation — records under tax, commercial, and e-commerce legislation.
- Legitimate interest — security and service improvement.
- Explicit consent — news source preferences for Mike feature, marketing communications, non-essential cookies.
5. Data Transfers
- Infrastructure/cloud providers — for the technical delivery of Poddy.
- News source and content providers — for creating personalized podcasts under the Mike feature.
- Audio processing and storage providers — for Mike content.
- Payment service provider (Iyzico) — for Premium membership payments.
- Email/communication providers — for notifications.
- Authorized public institutions — upon legal request.
Podear's servers are located abroad (USA). International transfers are made within the scope of KVKK Art. 9, with appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention Periods

- To object to results from automated analysis.

Submit requests to gdpr@poddy.co or via KEP address poddy@hs02.kep.tr. Requests will be concluded within 30 days.
